    All Digital Product sales are generally final and non-refundable, subject to the exceptions set forth below.<\/p>\n

      Refunds for Digital Products (including gift cards, game credits, and in-game currency) will only be considered under the following limited circumstances:<\/p>\n

      2.1 Product Not Received<\/p>\n

      If you have not received your Digital Product within 24 hours of purchase, you may request a refund. We will verify the delivery status and, if confirmed as undelivered, issue a full refund.<\/p>\n

      2.2 Incorrect Product Delivered<\/p>\n

      If you received a product that is different from what you ordered, you may request a replacement or a full refund. Please provide evidence of the discrepancy (e.g., order confirmation, screenshot of delivered product).<\/p>\n

      2.3 Product Is Invalid or Does Not Work<\/p>\n

      If the Digital Product code or voucher you received is invalid or does not work, we will investigate and, if verified as defective, issue a replacement or a full refund. Refund requests for invalid codes must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.<\/p>\n

      1. Non-Refundable Situations<\/b><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Refunds will NOT be granted in the following circumstances:<\/p>\n

        -Accidental Purchase: You purchased the wrong item by mistake (we recommend double-checking before purchase);<\/p>\n

        -Third-Party Issues: Issues arising from the game publisher or platform’s systems (we recommend contacting the game publisher’s support first);<\/p>\n

        -Regional Restrictions: You attempted to redeem a code in a region not supported by the product;<\/p>\n

        -Expired Codes: Codes that have expired beyond their validity period;<\/p>\n

        -Delay Beyond 14 Days: Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date;<\/p>\n

        -Abuse: Any attempt to fraudulently obtain refunds will result in permanent account suspension and no further refunds will be processed.<\/p>\n
